The present 482, Cr.P.C. application has been filed by the applicants to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.2834 of 2017 including charge sheet dated 5.12.2016, State Vs. Raj Kumar and others, arising out of Case Crime No.95 of 2016, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, IPC, P.S. Khadda, District Kushinagar, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kushinagar at Padrauna.
The submission is that the parties have entered into compromise and the compromise has duly been filed before the court below on 25.5.2018.
It has been submitted that no order has been passed thereon till date.
This application is disposed of directing the court below to pass appropriate orders on the compromise within a period of one month from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
