After the suit for partition was dismissed, the petitioners filed an appeal being Appeal No.C-2016010000431 of 2016 (Ram Kumar Vs. Raj Kumar & Ors.). A prayer has, therefore, been made that a direction be issued that the appeal be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Appeal No.C-2016010000431 of 2016 (Ram Kumar Vs. Raj Kumar & Ors.) pending in the Court of Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
