Grievance is that although the suit was filed in the year 2009 and there is interim injunction application also but with no result.

We are not aware about the pendency of the matters and how the cause list of concerned Court is moving but every litigant has hope of getting his matter decided at earliest.

Accordingly this Court directs the concerned Court to attend the matter and by not allowing unwarranted adjournment unless it is required, to pass appropriate order on the interim injunction application.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
