After arguing the matter at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall be satisfied in case the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to take appropriate remedy before the writ court.
In view thereof, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
