Petitioner wants consideration of his representation whereby he has sought permission from the authorities to resumes work.
Ms. Bushra Maryam, who has appeared for the concerned Judgeship states that petitioner has already been terminated on 01.07.2016 and his representation has also been rejected on 10.01.2020. These facts have clearly been withheld by the petitioner and the orders have not been assailed.
No direction, therefore, is required to be issued for consideration of petitioner's representation. This petition is, accordingly, consigned to records.
