This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction to expedite the protest petition filed by the application on 12.04.2017 in F.R. No. 3 of 2015 (State Vs. Nandu Devi and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 9 of 2014, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 I.P.C., Police Station Aung, District Fatehpur, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 11, Fatehpur.
Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. Perused the record.
It has been pointed out that there is some application dated 12.04.2017 moved on behalf of the applicant and no orders have been passed upon the same. Some direction to expedite the disposal of the application has been sought by the counsel.
In the absence of complete record, this Court is not in position to know the exact status of the proceedings of the case or the reasons why appropriate orders have not been passed so far upon the application which has been moved before the court below. At any rate, this applications stands disposed of with the direction that if there is any such application dated 12.04.2017 moved as aforesaid, the Court below shall look into the same and shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as it may deem fit and proper.
