When in a mutation proceeding, an order was passed on 24.3.2013, a Revision was filed by respondent no.3. The grievance of the petitioner is that because of the fact that the Revision was not being decided, the petitioner's interest was being prejudiced. He, therefore, prays that the Revision No.80 of 2013 (Shambhu Nath Tyagi Vs. Raj Kumar Tyagi & Ors.) pending in the Court of Additional Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra may be decided expeditiously.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the Revision No.80 of 2013 (Shambhu Nath Tyagi Vs. Raj Kumar Tyagi & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
