Heard Sri Birendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State respondents.
The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice /order dated 10.11.2020 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Karvi, District Chitrakoot, respondent no.3.
At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel has raised an preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the writ petition at this stage on the ground that the present writ petition has been preferred against the notice, whereas the proceedings are yet to be finalized.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, on consent, the writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction that in case an objection with regard to notice/order dated 10.11.2020 is filed before the concerned authority within ten days, definitely, the concerned authority will proceed to pass an order strictly in accordance with law within three weeks thereafter.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
