Hon'ble Siddhartha Varma,J.
The sole prayer in the petition is that the Suit No. 39 of 2019 (Raj Kumar Tiwari vs. Rekha Tiwari and another) filed under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the Suit No. 39 of 2019 (Raj Kumar Tiwari vs. Rekha Tiwari and another) be heard and decided on a day-to-day basis, unless there is any legal impediment. Adjournment shall be granted only under very pressing circumstances and that too after imposition of a minimum cost of Rs. 3,000/-.
With these observations, the petition is disposed of.
