Submission is that though petitioners have attempted more right questions in the examination, but they have wrongly been awarded less marks. They further submit that the answers have been verified from the answer-key uploaded on the website of the Commission. It is for this reason that petitioners have not been selected.
Sri K.S. Kushwaha, learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case petitioners apply for the copy of OMR sheet before the Commission concerned, it shall be provided to them.
This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the observation that in case petitioners approache respondent no.2 alongwith certified copy of this order, they shall be provided the photocopy of the OMR sheets, within a period of three weeks thereafter. In case petitioners can demonstrate, from the copy of OMR sheet, that their answer sheet has not been correctly evaluated, liberty stands reserved to the petitioners to avail remedy as may be available in law.
