Petitioner has been working as Jail Warder in District jail, Kannauj and he has been transferred from Kannauj to Kasganj. His grievance is that in respect of sanctioned medical leave the records maintained at Kannauj has not been transmitted to Kasganj, on account of which petitioner's pending claim is not being settled. In respect of such grievance, petitioner has approached the authorities concerned, but no action has yet been taken and hence, petitioner is before this Court.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined by the authority competent, in accordance with law, at the first instance.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.2 in respect of his grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of his claim, within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned and appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of two months thereafter.
