Sri Pawan Giri, learned Advocate, states that he has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner in the Registry of this Court on 07.09.2021, which is available on record. He states that he has taken 'No Objection" from Sri Manish Singh, the earlier counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
Sri Pawan Giri, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner does not want to contest the matter as he has been promoted on the post of 'Forestor' on 25.10.2019 for which he has filed the present writ petition and wants to withdraw the present petition and in this regard, Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.5 of 2021 has been filed.
Accordingly, the withdrawal application is allowed and consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
