Sri Sumit Daga, learned counsel for the petitioner states that on the basis of the instruction received by him, the parties have entered into a compromise and possession has already been taken over by the landlord. In such view of the matter the petition has become infructuous.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
