Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of Case No. 1773 of 2014, State v. Ram Prasad Soni, arising out of Case Crime No. 105 of 2012, under Section 409 IPC, P.S. Parsurampur, District Basti pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basti.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter pending under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basti.
In view of the above, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basti is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case looking to its own roaster and priority of expedited matters in terms of the directions issued by this Court in various other cases, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
