JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
By means of this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 23.08.2012 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Court no. 21, under Sections 307/504/506/115 IPC and 3/25 of the Arms Act, whereby proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. against the petitioner has been issued.
From the impugned order, it appears that neither petitioner has been arrested nor he has surrendered as yet. Despite service of warrant upon the petitioner, he did not appear before the court below. Thereafter, proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has been issued.
There is no error in the impugned order and it has been passed on cogent and sound reasons, as such no interference is warranted.
The petitioner is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed.
However, it is provided that if petitioner appears before the courts below within 15 days from today and applies for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
