Two supplementary affidavits filed on behalf of the appellant Raj Kumar @ Kaluwa are taken on record.
On 6.12.2018 learned A.G.A was granted last opportunity to file his reply to short term bail application filed on behalf of appellant Raj Kumar @ Kaluwa but learned A.G.A has not filed any reply.
Learned A.G.A submits that he has sent a letter to the senior superintendent, District Jail Mathura but no response has been received.
Today along with supplementary affidavit the appellant has filed a report of Medical superintendent, District Jail Mathura which was received on his behalf through Right to Information Act.
The copy of supplementary affidavit has been provided to the learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned A.G.A.
Learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned A.G.A may file reply to the supplementary affidavit.
Learned A.G.A shall also file the present status of the appellant Raj Kumar @ Kaluwa with regard to his illness along with reply.
