The petitioner, who is defendant in Original Suit No. 649/2005, has filed the instant petition seeking a direction to the trial Court to decide the suit expeditiously.
It transpires from the order sheet that even the matter relating to temporary injunction has not been finalised and the ex-parte injunction order is being extended from time to time.
The trial Court is directed to decide the application for temporary injunction, without any further delay and thereafter, proceed to decide the suit expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
