Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Raj Kumar Gupta, Krishna Kumar Gupta, Ram Kumar Gupta, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.766 of 2020, under Sections- 308, 325, 323, 147 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Fatehpur, during pendency of trial.
From the allegations on record and the injury report, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicants.
The applicants were granted interim anticipatory bail by the order dated 27.1.2021, the same is cancelled.
Keeping in view the seriousness of allegations made against the applicants, this application is rejected.
