1. List is being revised. None appeared to press this writ petition on behalf of the petitioner. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
2. By means of present writ petition, petitioner has sought following reliefs:
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the records of the case and quash the impugned Public Tender Notice dated 6.8.2012 published in the Hindi Daily newspaper 'Amar Ujala' (Ghaziabad Edition) issued by the respondent no.3, whereby the applications have been invited till 14.8.2012 for display of Advertisement/ Hoardings within the entire area of Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad, including private as well as public sites.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent-Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam to frame the relevant Rules pursuant to the G.O. dated 5.4.2012 prior to calling for tenders for display of advertisement/ hoardings within the area of Nagam Nigam, Ghaziabad."
3. Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling petitioner for grant of any of above reliefs. No interference, therefore, is called.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
5. Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
