Heard learned counsel for the applicant Raj Kumar @[email protected] Chamar and learned AGA for the State.
Accused applicant has applied for bail in Crl.Case crime No.202 of 2010 u/s 3(1) U.P.Gangster and Anti Social Activities(Prevention)Act 1986, P.S.Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra.
It is contended that three criminal cases are said to have been registered against the applicant and in all the cases the applicant is on bail.
Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant.
Considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of offence and evidence available on record, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I am of the view that the applicant is entitled to be enlarged on bail.
Let the applicant Raj Kumar @ Chhotu @ Huddu Chamar involved in the above criminal case be released on bail on his executing personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of Court concerned.
