Heard Sri R.N. Yadav, learned counsel for the revisionists and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the revisionists Raj Kumar Bansal, Prem Chandra Bansal and Pragyaneshwar Shukla that this revision has been filed against the order dated 3.2.2005 passed by Special Judge (Anti Corruption) in case No. 29 of 2003 whereby the discharged application moved by revisions have been rejected. But now the trial of the revisionist is in progress before the trial court where the statements of the witnesses have been recorded and the trial is at the stage of 313 Cr.P.C. In such circumstances, he does not want to press this revision.
Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the revisionists, this revision is dismissed as not pressed.
