Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The present petition has been filed for direction upon the court of Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Pilibhit to decide Original Suit No.55 of 2016 (Raj Kumar Agrawal Vs. Ram Kishan and another), within stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case it appears that 17th April, 2018 was the date fixed for framing of issues and for filing written statement. Under the circumstances, the matter is not yet ripe for final adjudication and therefore no specific direction need be issued, at this stage. It is expected that the court shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed off.
