Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 1 to decide the recall application no. 457/2018(Raj Kishore & another Versus Salikram & Others) U/s 24 of Revenue Act, in Case no. T-2017083047066484, expeditiously within stipulated time.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case, respondent no.1, Up Zila Adhikari, Teshil-Tarabganj, District-Gonda is directed to consider and decide recall application no. 457/2018(Raj Kishore & another Versus Salikram & Others) U/s 24 of Revenue Act, in Case no. T-2017083047066484, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties concerned, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
With the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of.
