1. Petitioner claims to have filed an application for cancellation of the fire arm licence issued to respondent no.4. That application is stated to be pending before the District Magistrate, Fatehpur since 29.04.2018.
2. Without entering into merits and without making any observation as to the same, this petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files a certified copy of this order before the District Magistrate, Fatehpur within a period of three weeks from today, the application of the petitioner for cancellation of fire arm licence of respondent no.4 may be decided in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months therefrom.
