Vide order dated 29.07.2005 stay was granted provided the petitioner pays maintenance allowance to the respondent no.2 Smt.Annapurna Devi at the rate of Rs.700/- per month from the date of order i.e. 17.11.2003 which shall be deposited with the court below and shall be released in favour of respondent no.2. From the perusal of record, it is not clear that whether compliance of order dated 29.07.2005 regarding maintenance allowance has been deposited by the petitioner to the court below or not.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
Office is directed to send a copy of this order to the court concerned immediately to proceed with the case in accordance with law.
