Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 24.10.2019 by which the matter was remanded to the court below with direction that fresh order may be passed after due verification of the original map as well as after hearing the affected parties.
At present no prejudice has been caused to the petitioner by the impugned order which is merely a remand order.
This Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter. The petitioner may pursue his remedy before the court below.
The writ petition is dismissed.
