The only prayer made in the instant writ petition is for a direction to the State-respondent to complete investigation in Case Crime No.0212 of 2021, under section 363 IPC, P.S. Dibai, District Bulandshahr within stipulated period.
Learned AGA submits that the grievance of the petitioner can be examined by respondent no.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandshahr.
Accordingly, we permit the petitioner to approach respondent no.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bulandhsahr by means of detailed representation and true attested copy of the instant order and in which event, he shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and do needful in the matter.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
