Heard Sri Vidya Bhushan Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking assistance for executing the sale deed of his property, i.e. House No.289 situated in Ward No.18, Kailashpuri Police Station, Mughalsarai, District Chandauli.
The facts of the case reveal that the petitioner was convicted under Section 302 IPC and is in jail. According to the petitioner he wants to execute the sale deed of his property and wants assistance in this regard.
The application which has been filed by the petitioner alongwith the writ petition does not show that it has been submitted through Jail Superintendent nor does it show the endorsement of Jail Superintendent. The petitioner should first apply to the Jail Superintendent to forward his application to the District Magistrate.
