The petitioner is claiming appointment on the post of Police Constable. He has not been selected. According to the petitioner he has secured more marks than the cut of marks. He has made a representation in this regard which has been filed as anneuxre 6 to the writ petition.
Learned Standing counsel submits that the matter can be looked into by the authority concerned.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the consent of the parties with the direction to the authorities concerned to decide the petitioner's aforesaid representation dated 22.5.2010 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.
