Heard Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 16th July, 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the number of Complaint Case giving rise to the present criminal application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. has wrongly been mentioned as "2409 of 2014". The correct number is "9409 of 2014". He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistake occurring in the third line of second paragraph of the order dated 16th July, 2018 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
Number of the Complaint Case giving rise to the present criminal application U/S 482 Cr.P.C. mentioned as "2409 of 2014" shall be read as "9409 of 2014".
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 16th July, 2018.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
