JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 44
Case :- WRIT - B No. - 1587 of 2019 Petitioner :- Raj Bhavan Respondent :- Deputy Director Of Consolidation And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Harish Kumar Tripathi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Rajiv Joshi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 11.4.2019, whereby the revision filed by the petitioner was dismissed affirming the order dated 29.6.2017 passed by Settlement Officer of Consolidation.
It reflects from the record that an application for identification of respondent nos. 3 and 4 was filed and in the said application it is stated that said persons have not filed any appeal before the appellate authority but some imposters have filed the appeal. The application of the petitioner was directed to be considered at the time of hearing of the appeal vide order dated 29.6.2017. The revision filed by the petitioner was also dismissed as not maintainable as the same has been filed against an interlocutory order.
I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the order impugned herein as the application filed by the petitioner seeking identification of respondents no. 3 and 4 has not been rejected but it was directed that same be considered at the time of hearing of the appeal.
No illegality or infirmity has been committed by both the consolidation authorities while passing impugned order.
Writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
