Sri Santosh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri N.K. Pandey, learned counsel for the State- respondent nos. 1 to 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that purpose of filing this petition would be served if District Magistrate is directed to consider the pending application of the petitioners.
State counsel submits that though the dispute appears to be between two private parties, however, if it is within the domain of the District Magistrate to decide the representation of the petitioners, the same would be decided in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed permitting the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the concerned District Magistrate.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the concerned District Magistrate to act strictly in accordance with law.
The party shall file computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner (s) along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
