Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record.
Instant writ petition seeks quashing of the FIR dated 29.12.2018, registered as Case Crime No. 359 of 2018, under Sections 147, 452, 304, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC, at P.S. Industrial Area, District Prayagraj (Allahabad).
Impugned FIR discloses commission of cognizable offences, and it appears that, subsequently, person injured has also died.
In view of above, no case for quashing of the FIR is made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
