Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the State-respondents.
By means of this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following relief:-
"I. To expeditiously decide the matter pending in the court of District Judge, Kanpur Nagar as arbitration case no. 100/70/15 (Rajbahadur Singh Vs. Arbitrator and others) within the period of 6 months from today."
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid case of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law and after putting to notice all the concerned parties and after giving full opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, as expeditiously as possible.
It is provided that a copy of the order available on the official website of the High Court will be taken to be authentic one.
