JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vedpal,J Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.
Under challenge in the instant writ petition is FIR relating to Case Crime No. 2620 of 2008, under Sections 323, 504, 506 & 395 IPC, police station Kotwali Nagar, district Faizabad.
We have gone through the contents of the FIR, which disclose commission of cognizable offence, as such, the same cannot be quashed. The writ petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 22.6.2010 Pradeep/-
