Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Gyan Prakash, learned Additional Solicitor General of India for the respondents.
The controversy, which is raised in the present petition, has been examined in a bunch of writ petitions decided by this Court vide judgement dated 20th of August, 2018 passed in Writ Petition No. 48354 of 2017.
It is also pointed out that petitioner has scored 62 marks, which is also the cut off in unreserved category. As per clause 8 of the policy, petitioner's case, would be treated as tie case and as per the criteria laid down in clause 8, claim of petitioner would also be examined in accordance with law.
It would be open to petitioner to represent in the matter and his grievance would be examined in terms of Clause 8 by passing a specific order within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
