The petitioner, in the case is seeking quashing of the advertisements dated 5.4.2009 and 14.4.2009 and order dated 4.4.2009.
The impugned order shows that an advertisement was issued for inviting tenders for putting up advertisements for the period, 2009-2010. This period is already over and, therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
