JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule.
Learned APP, Mr.Pandya waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State.
By way of this application, the applicant-convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail since he wants to attend the baby-shower ceremony of his daughter in law scheduled on 18th March, 2012.
In our view, the ground is not such where the presence of the applicant can be said to be indispensable.
Hence, application is rejected. Rule discharged.
