Called in revise. None appeared to press the writ petition. However, Sri Anurag Asthana, learned counsel for the respondents is present. In the circumstances, we ourselves have perused the record.
By means of the present writ petition, petitioner has sought following relief:
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the recovery citation dated 11.06.2012 issued by respondent no. 3 of Rs. 3,64,704/- + cc + interest + recovery charges etc. (Annexure No. 9 to this writ petition);
(ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to refund the amount of Rs. 36,471/- deposited by the petitioner to the Tehsil Staff on 24.07.2012 (Annexure No. 11 to this writ petition;
(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to recover the amount if any from all the members of the society as per provisions of the U.P. Co- operative Societies Act, 1965 and its other concerned Rules And Regulations."
Having gone through the entire writ petition, we do not find any ground entitling the petitioner for grant of any of above reliefs. No interference, therefore, is called for.
Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
