Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This writ petition cannot be entertained as the allegation is that the judgment and order passed by this Court on 14.8.2013 in Writ Petition No.9975 of 2013 has not been carried out.
According to us, if there was a direction and that direction was not carried out by any of the authorities, it would be open for the petitioner to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings.
On that ground alone, the writ petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to bring fresh action in accordance with law.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
