Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Telangana State Pollution Control Board, we direct the Board to take a decision on the question of grant of Consent for Operation provided the petitioner fulfills all the legal formalities. Such decision shall be taken within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
