Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition reads thus:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari and quashing the impugned first information report dated 29.05.2017 lodged by respondent no. 3 in Bearing Case Crime no. 0286 of 2017 under Section 323, 307, 498-A, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Gulawathi, District Bulandshahar. (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition.)"
Mr. Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that the investigating agency has filed a closure/final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 bearing no. 02 of 2018 dated 10.01.2018, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous.
