Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the outset, wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application seeking anticipatory bail before the appropriate Court.
Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
On a prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner, it is provided that the office may return the impugned order upon the counsel for the petitioner furnishing a photostat copy of the same, which may be retained on record.
