A mention is made by the learned counsel for petitioner today and, that is how, we have, even without the matter being notified, called for the papers as they have not been transmitted to the office as of yet as it is rightly pointed out that at 4.00 p.m. in the yester evening, the learned counsel requested that he may be permitted to withdraw the matter at this stage.
He is permitted to withdraw the petition at this stage.
The petitioner, who is a student of BA second year and is a young person preparing for civil services examinations if he has to be arrested, he shall file his anticipatory bail application before the courts below, which may be considered by the courts below expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from today.
Registry is directed to return certified copy of impugned FIR to the petitioners after accepting xerox of the same.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioners along with a self attested identity proof of the said person (s) (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number (s) to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
With these observations, present petition stands disposed of.
