Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A.
Submission made by learned counsel for the applicant is that the applicant does not want to press this application on account that the applicant has claimed juvenility and the Juvenile Justice Board in exercise of power under Section 15(1) of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 has declared him juvenile and transmitted the record of the case to Children's Court/Special Judge, POCSO Act, Agra to be tried as an adult.
Hence, the present application is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed.
Office is directed to return the certified copies to the learned counsel for the applicant within a period of 15 days after having photocopies of the same.
The applicant is free to avail the remedy available to him as per the scheme of Juvenile Justice Act.
