Considering the nature of allegations and the fact that the victim was aged about 16 years at the time of occurrence, has supported the prosecution version in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. as well as in her examination- in-chief before the court below, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the applicant merely on the ground that the witnesses have turned hostile.
The application is dismissed. Trial expedited.
