Counsel for the applicant is permitted to correct the Section '304-A IPC' and make it Section '304 IPC' only.
There is allegation against the applicant regarding causing of fatal injury to the father of the informant which resulted in his death. Therefore, it is not a fit case to grant him anticipatory bail.
The application is accordingly, rejected.
