Heard Sri Pankaj Srivastava,learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anoop Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This Court vide order dated 17.07.2018 without entering into the merits of the case at that stage since the matter is matrimonial between petitioner and respondent no.2, directed the parties to appear before the mediation centre. It is a common ground that the mediation between the parties has failed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to argue the matter on merits and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order, if any, stands vacated.
