This criminal revision has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 6.8.2018 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi in Case No. 423 of 2016, Smt. Neetu versus Rahul Tripathi, under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
P.S. Kotwali, District Jhansi.
Heard learned counsel for the revisionist, learned AGA and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the revisionist has not been able to point out any illegality, impropriety or incorrectness much less than any abuse of the court's process which may persuade this Court to interfere in the impugned order. The amount of Rs. 3,000/- as an interim maintenance fixed by the court below can not be said to be either excessive or disproportionate amount in the facts and circumstances of the case. There is hardly any justification to entertain this revision.
The revision is accordingly, dismissed.
