Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The only prayer made by the applicant is that a direction be issued to the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad to decide the Case No. 543 of 2013 (State Vs. Rahul Srivastava) arising out of Case Crime No. 186 of 2012, under Sections 323, 504, 427 I.P.C., PS- Colonelganj, District-Allahabad within a definite period.
Considering the facts of the case without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's case, this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad to decide the Case No. 543 of 2013 (State Vs. Rahul Srivastava) arising out of Case Crime No. 186 of 2012, under Sections 323, 504, 427 I.P.C., PS-Colonelganj, in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
